Thank you for shopping at TechCron.net. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the premium WordPress plugins and themes we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at TechCron.net. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at TechCron.net, you agree to the terms set forth below along with TechCron.net’s Privacy Policy.
Refunds
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. But, if our products are not working, upon verification, we will happily refund you.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded the product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that we do not issue refunds for the following:
- Product that has been downloaded
- Product that has been used
